Getting started
What is a white-label app?
A streaming player app that carries your name, logo, and colors instead of ours. Your customers install it from your link and never see the iBoMate name. Underneath, it is the same maintained platform every reseller runs on; the brand layer is yours.
Do I need coding or design skills?
No. You type your app name, upload a logo, and pick a theme in the panel; the build is produced for you. Everything else — prices, notifications, themes, playlists — is forms and toggles.
How is the price worked out?
By active customers, monthly. Every 100 active customers is one block at $9.99: you pay one block until you reach 200, two ($19.98) from 200, and so on. Activations are unlimited and nothing else is metered. An active customer is a registered device whose expiry date has not passed, counted on your panel when you renew.
What do I get in the 30-day trial?
Full features and a real branded app — the same build paying accounts get — for 30 days or your first 50 active customers, whichever comes first. If the trial ends without converting, your customers' apps keep working for 14 more days.
Why is the trial limited to 50 customers?
So you can prove it with real customers before paying. The paid plan removes the limit entirely.
Do I need my own server?
You bring your own IPTV source, exactly as you do today. The app itself — hosting, updates, and the panel — runs on our infrastructure and is included in the plan.
How long until my branded app is ready?
Your panel is ready the moment your account exists: name, logo, theme, prices, and notifications are all set there straight away, and the branded build is produced for you from those settings.
Money & trust
Will my price increase later?
Not for you. $9.99 per 100 active customers is the founding price, locked for life; increases apply to new signups only. The price you subscribe at is the price you keep.
What happens to my customers' apps if I cancel?
They keep working for 14 days after your subscription ends, then stop. You can export your customer data before and during that window. After 14 days, the apps go dark — there is no way around that.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Customer records, devices, and expiry dates belong to your account, and you can take them with you. Your customers never see our name.
Can I export my customer list?
Yes — anytime. Export also works during the 14-day window after cancellation, so leaving does not mean losing your list.
How does the referral credit work?
You earn 10% of every payment made by resellers who sign up through your link, applied automatically as credit to your next invoice. Example: five referred friends pay $9.99 each = $49.95; you earn $4.99; your next invoice is $5.00.
Is referral credit paid in cash?
No. Credit applies to invoices only and is not withdrawable. If your credit is larger than the invoice, the invoice is $0 and the rest rolls over.
Are the stories on this page real customers?
No — they are example scenarios of situations resellers face every day, and they are labeled as such on the page. Real reviews are published only from verified paying partners, unedited, and marked as verified when they appear.
Brands & operations
What counts as a brand, and what does an extra one cost?
A brand is one package name plus one branding set — app name, logo, icon, splash screen. Each extra brand is +$9.99/month.
Do all my brands count together?
Yes. Every brand on your account has unlimited activations, and your active customers are counted once across all of them — one panel, one count, one price.
I already have a rebranded APK — how do I migrate?
Start by exporting your customer list from wherever it lives today, then set your brand up in the panel. Send us your current setup and we will tell you exactly what carries over before you move anything.
Do my customers need to reinstall when I change themes, prices, or notifications?
No. The app reads themes, prices, notifications, ads, and playlists from the platform each time it opens, so changes apply on next open. Only a new name, icon, or package id needs a new build — which installs over the old one.
Which devices are supported?
Android TV, Fire TV, Google TV, Samsung TV, LG webOS, Roku, Apple TV, Android and iOS phones and tablets, and Windows. The branding is the same on all of them.
Can my team have their own logins?
The panel's Settings page manages your own login today. If you need separate seats for staff, ask us and we will set that up with you.
How do renewal reminders reach customers?
Reminders go out automatically before each expiry date, and the notice also appears inside the customer's app the next time they open it.
