Everything you get, in one plan
A branded app on your customers' TVs and one panel to run the business behind it. Hosting, updates, CRM, reminders and automation are all included.
The goal: customers who remember your brand — not the app you happened to use.
What you get
Six things you run separately today, in one plan.
Branded app
Customers stop seeing a shared player's name on their TV and start seeing yours. Every app open reinforces your business. You skip the $30–400 one-time rebrand cost — the build is produced for you from a name and a logo.
Hosting & updates
No app servers to rent, patch, or monitor. Hosting and updates are included, so a broken build or an OS change is our problem to fix. That removes the $5–20 monthly hosting line and the nights that go with it.
CRM
Customer names, devices, and expiry dates in one list — not a spreadsheet and three chat apps. Finding who owes a renewal takes seconds instead of an evening. Replaces $20–100/month of separate CRM software.
Renewal reminders
Most customers don't cancel — they forget. Reminders go out before every expiry date automatically. One recovered $49 renewal pays for five months of the platform.
Automation
Expiry notices, follow-ups, and suspensions run on rules you set once, so you stop being the reminder system for your own business. Replaces $10–50/month of separate automation tools and hours of manual chasing.
One panel runs the whole operation
Servers and DNS hosts, registered devices, live devices, themes, notifications, renewal price, ads, sports screens, and the app build itself. Changes to themes, prices, notifications, and playlists apply when the customer next opens the app — no reinstall. Only a new name, icon, or package id needs a new build.
The CRM that covers its own cost
Renewal reminders go out before every expiry date, automatically. The customer list shows who is due, who lapsed, and who came back — so a renewal is a task the system does, not one you remember.
Customer ownership means renewals come back to you by default.
- A customer pays $39–59 for 12 months.
- One missed renewal = up to $59 gone.
- The platform costs $9.99 a month per 100 active customers.
- Saving a couple of renewals a year covers the platform — everything after that is profit.
