Terms of service

iBoMate provides a white-label player app produced from your branding, hosting and updates for it, a panel to manage your customers and devices, renewal reminders and related automation. It is a player platform. It does not include, supply or resell any content, channels, playlists, streams or subscriptions, and we make no representation about any content you connect to it.

You must be at least 18 and be using the service for a business. Give us a working email address — sign-in codes and notices go there — and keep it current. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping its access to yourself. Certain usernames are reserved; we may also refuse or change a username or app name that impersonates another product or company or is otherwise unlawful.

A new account gets the full service free for 30 days or until it reaches 50 active customers, whichever comes first. No payment details are taken. If the trial ends without a subscription, your panel is frozen and your customers' apps keep working for 14 more days, then stop. You can export your customer list before and during that window.

The plan is billed monthly, in advance, at $9.99 for every 100 active customers, rounded up to whole blocks: one block up to 100 customers, two ($19.98) from 200, and so on. An active customer is a registered device whose expiry date has not passed, counted on your panel when the subscription is renewed. Activations are unlimited and nothing else is metered. Optional add-ons are priced flat per month and shown on the pricing page.

Founding Partner pricing: the per-block price in force when you first subscribe stays yours for as long as your account remains continuously subscribed. It does not follow an account that lapses and later returns.

Payments are made through Binance Pay. You submit the Binance order ID after paying; a payment is applied to your account once it has been confirmed. Monthly payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes you are required to pay.

Resellers who sign up through your referral link earn you 10% of every payment they make, applied as credit to your next invoice. Credit is not cash: it cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and if it exceeds an invoice the remainder rolls over. We may withhold credit for referrals that are fraudulent, self-referrals or otherwise not genuine new customers.

If a renewal is not paid, we warn you before the expiry date. On expiry the panel is frozen: you can still sign in and export, but not change anything. Your customers' apps continue to work for 14 days after expiry and then stop. After that the account is scheduled for deletion; deletion is carried out by us and is final. Renewing during the window restores everything.

You warrant that you have the right to use the name, logo, artwork and other branding you supply, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. The app we build carries your brand and your package id; the underlying player, the panel and the platform remain ours and are licensed to you for the term of your subscription, for use with your own customers. You may not redistribute the app outside that, reverse-engineer it, or use the API other than through the app and the panel.

You are solely responsible for the sources, playlists and content you connect to the app and distribute to your customers, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and to them, including copyright and licensing. You must not use the service to distribute content you do not have the right to distribute, to spread malware, to send unsolicited messages, to attack or overload the platform, or to harm other resellers. We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these, or on receipt of a credible legal complaint, without refund.

Customer records, devices and expiry dates you enter belong to you. You can export them at any time. We process them only to run the service and as described in the privacy policy, and you are responsible for the lawful basis of collecting them and for what you tell your customers. Your customers never see the iBoMate name in the app.

We aim to keep the platform running continuously but do not guarantee it: maintenance, faults, upstream outages and events outside our control can interrupt it, and we are not responsible for the availability or performance of your own servers and sources. We may change or improve the service, add or retire features, and change prices for new accounts; a price change never affects a subscribed founding partner's locked price. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the panel or by email at least 14 days before they apply.

You can cancel at any time by letting your subscription lapse or by emailing us; section 6 describes what then happens. We can terminate for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if providing the service becomes unlawful or impracticable, with as much notice as the situation allows.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, lost profits or lost revenue, or for loss caused by your sources, your content, your customers or your own configuration. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable the rest still applies.
