Tell us what you run today — a shared player, a static rebrand or nothing yet — and roughly how many customers you have. If you already have a rebranded APK, send the package name and we will tell you exactly what carries over before you move anything.

You do not need to ask to start: the 30-day trial is self-serve and includes every feature. Start it, look around the panel, and email us with whatever is unclear.

Write from the email address on your account and include your panel username. For a problem with the app on a customer's device, include the device's MAC address from your Registered Devices list and what the customer saw on screen.

Billing questions: include the Binance order ID from your payment so we can find the transaction.

Requests to access, export or delete personal data, and reports of abuse or infringement involving a reseller's app, go to the same address with "Privacy" or "Abuse" in the subject line. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long, and the terms for what a reseller has agreed to.
